IDG has been working with the Allerton team for 7 years, initially redeveloping a dilapidated existing golf facility. IDG oversaw the initial remodeling and reconstruction of key features. The site has gone from 15,000 rounds of golf to 35,000 round of golf per annum as a direct result of the initial refurbishment works.
Taking the success of those works forwards the project team prepared a detailed planning application for a full-scale reconstruction of the entire site.
Full Planning Permission was granted in September 2020. Initial construction of the southern 9-hole element which will become Holes 18,17,16 and 1 are currently underway, this is Phase 1 of a 5 Phase construction plan.The Scheme creates a new state of the art Championship Golf Course, An adventure golf course, A new Clubhouse, A new Driving Range and a new Hotel. The Scheme will reach practical completion in 2026.
